Being in a natural environment has an extremely positive effect on the mind and body. This is something most people already know, but adding the latest coaching techniques to such a peaceful and stress-free place in a solution-focused way creates something new and powerful.

This technique is called nature-based coaching. It helps people of all ages to cope more easily with stressful, anxious or traumatic situations. In a guided step-by-step process, the natural environment helps you to understand your own problems and their causes. At the same time you can become more empowered and able to resolve them more easily. This place in nature gives you the peace and clarity you need. In the end, the experience of dealing with difficult situations and the ability to generate your own solutions to such scenarios will lead to new strength and self-confidence.

Actually, my first book was just intended as a training-guideline for myself. Encouraged by my partner and friends, I finally launched it in february 2017.

Due to the very positive feedback I got and the success with this book, I continued writing. Four new books followed and more are already planned.

    • you often feel tired and burned out
    • a current crisis situation (e.g. Corona crisis) overwhelms you
    • feelings of anxiety plague (e.g. fear of existence, fear of getting sick, fear of change, etc.)
    • you are feeling inferior and insecure (self-confidence, self-worth)
    • you are constantly nervous and restless , but actually have no reason to be have the feeling of not being able to cope with the pressure / stress
    • you are dissatisfied in many situations, but don't know what and how to change that
    • you face difficult (life) decisions
    • you actively want to "revive" your intuition and want to let it flow into everyday life or
    • you would like to change yourself, but keep falling back into old patterns .

    This framework actively promotes physical and mental resources and supports a natural relaxation effect. Basing on this, the client can open up more easily in this environment and get new, previously impossible views of his own difficult situation.

    The fear of making the first step towards the solution of the problem, disappears as a result of the supported process of cognition (self-knowledge, recognition of the real reasons hiding behind the current problems). The previous rigidity caused by fear and the scheme of hopelessness can be broken more easily. As a result, there's less effort in achieving own targets.
